Yeah I actually chealted with cutler's protocol, IV DMPS, saunas, chlorella/cilantro, and more all crammed into an 11 month heavy detox. That is when I started to see my digestive dysbiosis issues start to disappear.
That was my problem though. I did it too intensely. Detoxing while not ever sleeping and going to school full time was too much. Now my body can't handle any detox. If I sit in a sauna for 5 minutes I feel like fainting and my body goes numb literally.
A lot of adrenal exhaustion is toxicity but the more advanced stages are really due to autonomic nervous system dysfunction/HPA axis dysregulation/adrenal integrity loss (extremely low hormone output)/and hypersensitive receptors.
Now I am sensitive not b/c of the chemicals, but b/c of the stimulating effects of the supplements. Ofcourse I do have chemical senitivity, but I used to attribue all of it to the gut issues and toxicity, and didn't realize that the adrenals is a whole beast on its own that needs to be replenished daily. We often become too overzealous when something is going right and totally forget about the other aspects of well being.
