Amazing. Interesting how nature and common sense go hand in hand huh? Well I have been sufferring mental illness along with fatigue and other symptoms(?) And I finally went to a naturopath and found out I have had parasites for 10yrs. I started a Colon Cleanse and DE along with CS, pau darco etc. And was really feeling myself again. Best sleep in years...Then had another mental episode and think thats when the toxins really got to my head. Serious brainfog and tinnitus. Well I moved out and am waiting for food stamps to allow for wellness funds to start my natural path again

Is 50000iu necessary or can 10000iu be ok? I still have alot of parasites to kill before anything absorbs so I can go either way with this. The thing is that d3 is readily available at nowfoods for about 15usd while getting 50k may be more difficult and costly.

I hate MDs so much now. There booksmarts amount to whats going to be in my toilet here soon.
