Hi, I'm about to start a psyllium husk and Bentonite stack for cleansing. I also have probiotics and some other supplements I'm taking for adrenal fatigue and leaky gut.
How should I space out my taking of all these things?
I was thinking of taking psyllium husk and Bentonite in the morning on an empty stomach, then waiting an hour and taking my supplements and probiotic then. Is that a good strategy?
Then I can take my probiotic again an hour after my second dose.
What is the consensus on this?

I also just finished a 40 day Master Cleanse, so I definitely need to take some probiotics again.
