If it is your first day of feeding, mango can spke your blood glucose. Not to worry. I have done this kind of stuff and learned that it is good to go slow. I have read so may messages here that say that citrus fruit is the best to have on its own. I personally think you are aeting too much too soon. One orange first thing in the morning, then another after two hours.
Also I read other messages here stating that eat only as per hunger, and hydrate yourself well.
