Re: Liver Cleanse: Desperate for Help!

Hi Kyle,

It's funny that you mentioned the caffeine overdose on the very day that I did a coffee enema that was double the size that it should of been. I am also intolerant to caffeine, and I lied on my left side; it scared the testosterone right out of me, lol

I absolutely love the effects of the enema though, so I'm going to continue but I'll take your advice and take only one tablespoon during each.

When you ingest caffeine through the mouth, it does the opposite of rectally, so when it seeps into that system by lying on the wrong side or taking too much, it ends up doing the opposite of what an enema is suppose to do.

I think it was equally as hard most of the way through the flush process so far, but in different ways,

When you first start out, on one end you have more congestion, but you also have more alkaline reserves and other resources available for the body to use to mitigate the effects of the congestion, and on the other end, when you're further on down the road of the flush process, you have less congestion, but your body has been kind of worn down from having the congestion for so long and from constantly having to heal from the changes from each flush .. and it's resources haven been used up to help the flush and healing process.

If you put to use all of the things you have learned, get as much sleep as you can, and ensure your alkaline reserves don't always go empty, you can speed up the process quite a bit, but the process is still years, rather than months.

Remind yourself to put it into perspective; this congestion most likely started when we were little kids. We were given toxic immunizations, drugs, Antibiotics , candy etc. The bile ducts took on a huge load of waste products from very early in our generation - so taking that into account, even four years to reverse all of that damage isn't a bad deal, lol

Once you flush out the last batch of stones, you will know, and all of this will of been worth while. I'm not there quite yet either, but I can tell I'm getting close.

All of my symptoms have diminished by over 75%. I wasn't able to even eat three kernels of buttered popcorn without feeling like I was going to have a stroke when I first started, now I can eat four hamburgers in a row and maybe feel a little congested and achy the next day.

How did the chelation work for you, was it powerful?
