Re: Liver Cleanse: Desperate for Help!

Very interesting; I'm going to look into those as well,

Don't get me wrong - it does get a lot easier, and you WILL gain all of your memories and brain capacity back. I didn't start regaining everything until I started my third year, which I am in now, but I was highly congested, to the point of almost dead.

The flush causes so many huge changes to happen in the body that it is always in a state of either repair, detox or replenishment. There is a huge link between the digestive system and the brain, so as long as it is under reconstruction, you will be forgetful and confused etc.

When I think back to the stage you are at now, I felt the exact same way; I was even considering stopping the flush process to let everything settle just so I could enjoy life for a while before completing the process.

I am way beyond that now - the last quarter of the process is not bad at all. All the memories and everything start coming back and you can feel the light at the end of the tunnel.

I was so discouraged at your stage, but thanks to people who I met on Curezone and at the health food store, they motivated me to keep flushing, which I did. That was the best decision I ever made. It's almost like you have to peak out in symptoms before you can start climbing down the other side. It's a climb over mount Everest, the first year and a half is up hill, and even the first two years ... but then when enough material is out so that bile is able to seep past easier, you start noticing big changes in your emotional awareness of the world and your self. Once you are complete, you will be way a head of the game - other people at some time in their life will have to go through this, unless they want to just suppress their symptoms their whole life with drugs.

Stay focused on your stomach; if you feel nothing inside your stomach, as if it's just dead meat - there's congestion there. If you feel a warmth and energy flowing there, you know that bile is getting past or the energy meridian flowing through the liver has been unblocked.

Through the first two years, I would regain that feeling of vitality after each flush, but as soon as they next batch moved forward, it would be completely blocked off again.

When I moved into the third year, that feeling of liveliness and excitement in my stomach remained steadfast even three or four weeks after the flush had been carried out and congestion had moved forward. As you remove congestion, bile flow will have a better and better chance at getting past.

The only reason why I say that it's hard all the way through is because even just one batch of stones can block bile flow equally as bad as five thousand stones at times. As long as bile and toxicity is being halted to a stop and back-washing into the blood stream, you are going to feel depressed, suppressed, forgetful, irritated etc, etc.

You can tell though as you progress that the frustration is gradually diminishing, permanently.

Keep flushing my friend, and just keep your head down and keep plugging away at it. Liver congestion is a serious problem, so serious sacrifices need to be made.
