Re: Liver Cleanse: Desperate for Help!
Hmm, ok I'll check with the dehydration though I always carry a 1 gallon glass water jug with me to work. Some days I am able to finish it while others I am not. However, I do consume at least 1/2 gallons a day.
I may be electrolyte unbalanced, but I tend to drink fresh juiced vegetables every day. Carrots, celery, cabbage, etc.
I cannot have too many acidic items at this moment due to my ulcer flaring up. Before it was completely gone, however since this last flare/detox it has been relentless.
I don't suspect dehydration due to all my blood work coming back normal (electrolytes and all) and my continual consumption of water, though I have been really thirsty lately even though my habits of water consumption have not changed and are very large. Perhaps, I could be now thinking twice about it. I was going to ask that if at one point you started craving different foods and water in vast quantities? Almost like your body needs these items to repair itself. I tend to be gravitated to high protein foods and bananas....could be an imbalance of some sort or absorption issues.
I could be very acidic, but I have urine strips that say otherwise. I tend to pee somewhere in the 7-7.5 range through the day and 6 or less in the morning. No matter how hard I try I cannot get my morning values higher.
I'll try more water, at least a gallon a day. But I need some sort of electrolyte balance that is not acidic. Lemon juice and lime juice is too harsh. I was doing Apple Cider vinegar before and this helped with the gallstones, but I overdid it and think this is what made my ulcer really come back as the first time I got an ulcer was from ACV. I really have to be careful using too much acid in my tummy, so for now I'm off it.
I really hoping the Gold Coin Grass doesn't aggravate my ulcer. If so, then it really wont be of any use which will really suck. In a way, I hope it eliminates it! I guess I'll find out!
