You're right. I indeed stress over a lot of things now, even though my new job isn't stressful, my biggest stress at the moment is my health and I stress about it every single day. I will definitely look into the book you've proposed
How would I go about finding someone that deals with aminoacids and neurotransmitters ? I was thinking to get counseling to help with the stress part of my life. but could you elaborate more on the aminoacids and neurotransmitters ?
I think a lot of it has to do with hormones due to my adrenal glands and stress and I'm looking into finding a way to test if I am deficient in some of them and maybe take some supplements.
