Respectfully, I do not deny your experience because people react differently to diets. However, I must say that I severely damaged my health on a high fruit diet. My adrenal fatigue became drastically worse. I was doing a "ray peat" type of diet high in fruit. I would give anything to go back in time. I followed a high fruit diet in an attempt to recover from the damage that a ketogenic diet had previously done to me. I cannot eat any fruit right now, excluding berries which are not high in potassium. I am 26 by the way. The diets that I followed, this desire to be healthy has taken years of my youth that I will never get back.
