Thanks for the tips - I've been eating mostly chicken and salmon for protein, along with some fruits and a lot of veggies. This is what my naturopath instructed me to do.
I used to drink so much coffee and now I drink one cup of tea per day and 12 glasses of water a day; however, I can't retain water and I'm alway dehydrated - must be the aldosterone imbalance and this must be contributing to the wrinkles.
I heard coffee enemas can be hard on the adrenal glands when healing. was it ok for you ?
