Carbs give you energy, if you cut out the fats. I need at least 2000-2500 calories a day. Under 2100 is considered famine in some world agencies. Performance athletes would never consider cutting out the carbs, I want the energy and vitality of an athlete.
When I had what is called Adrenal Fatigue, I was eating too many fats, so couldn't even dream of eating a fruit, had hypoglycemia and would crash instantly. Removing fats corrected that so I could eat the vitamin rich fruits and heal.
You might try a pinch of Sea Salt in your water to help with the dehydration, and this problem is often caused by dysbiosis.
