Great info'. Many of these things I do regulalrly. I eat Celtic Sea Salt and I am eating practically raw. I drink ACV drink everyday before meals, ya Braggs.

Thanks for the Nutrimed and info'.

My temperature is back to normal today after I took 16 drops of Lugol's. I like the idea of fermented foods, I am getting some unpasteurized Sauercraut for getting some acids going in my stomach.

As I mentioned before I am doing Liver-Flush this coming weekend. Can I do salt flush a week after or too soon? I have never done salt flush. I have done a few vitamin C flushes.

I will take my basal temperature tomorrow.
