Re: sensitive teeth
Being vegetarian has NOTHING to do with malnutrition. In fact, a vegetarian diet, and especially a vegan diet is MUCH healthier than the tradition diet of the western world. Many people in the western world are malnourished, most of whom are meat and dairy consumers. Anyone can become malnourished if they're not eating healthy, whole foods as their main source of nutrients. Has nothing to do with vegetarianism, in fact, vegetarians and vegans especially, are; as a whole, much healthier individuals.
As far as distilled water goes, there is nothing wrong with it. We get the majority of our minerals in foods. The problem is, due to modern day chemicals, the earth's soil is very depleted of these minerals so our food isn't as rich in them as it used to be. But if you're eating a whole foods diet rich in vegetables, consuming
Sea Salt and/or himalayan salt, you should be getting enough minerals. Mineral baths such as
Epsom Salt baths can help as well since our bodies are capable of absorbing minerals through the skin. Supplements are always a good idea too, for everyone. Sea vegetables are especially rich in minerals.
