a salt water flush is a good idea after a liver flush. in speaking with mrs barefoot about flushing she said that Epsom Salts was my friend. another dose or two in the morning after can really move out the toxins and produce more than the initial morning blast did. except for the relaxation of the bile duct and possibility of more "stones", no reason a salt water flush wouldnt do the same thing - squeegee the gut lining. the benefit of the salt water is the sodium boost for hydration.
