It sounds like she is having a territorial loss issue. She may be subconsciously marking territory. Perhaps the vax or the needle itself has left her traumatized (yes, dogs to remember) and feeling her life is out of her control.

Try doing surrogate EFT or WHEE for her, animals respond very easily.
