I just got the book in the mail today. I just feel like it is full again and needs to be flushed, or it is going to get worse or I might have an attack. It is an intuitive feeling. I can feel the sludge/ stones needing to come out,if that makes sense. If I did not feel this way, I would have no problem waiting longer. Does that make sense?
