Thanks for your reply. How did you know the progesterone was turning into cortisol?

I had my last saliva test done when I was in the 2nd part of my cycle (luteal phase) and the results were higher in range in the am (but higher end) high, out of range at noon, and evening and night in range but higher end.

I had a test 1 month prior to that one from a different lab, and I was on the cream then. But my results were not high, they were low.

What do you do if you are deficient and need progesterone in the luteal phase then?

How much l theanine did you take at a time? Thanks much.
