Hello there! Yes, well at that house our diet was terrible! I drink a lot of coffee and we only ate microwaveable foods (frozen prepackaged), very little protein and a lot of takeout. I usually made a day of coffee, yogurt, chips, and maybe a microwave dinner. I crave Sugar a lot! I had a hars time eating at that house though, I was so uncomfortable there. Now I am on multivitamin, daily garlic supplement, Omega 3, 1000 mg vitamin C and now Magnesium... eat a lot of soups, eggs, beans, and chicken. Feel much better but still feel something is wrong. I still crave sweets constantly. I really appreciate feedback, i'm thrilled I can mention issues without the long silences and raised eyebrows.
