Are there vegan fermented foods that I could get butyrate from?
I do eat nutritional yeast everyday which contains b12 and take b12 supplements, are sublingual b12 tablets better than just ingesting a supplement in the morning? And what do you consider to be small doses and why only when juicing or eating veggies with folate?
Also do you, or anyone else know what i should replace my Amalgams with when i do get them removed? And is there anything i should know about that process? Other than the fact that i'm guessing it's going to be quite painful and expensive.
I've attempted juice fasts in the past and can only last 2-3 days maximum, even though i drink a ton of water i get blue lips, no energy to even lift my arms up and my Depression enhances by 1000x So i've kind of given up on juice fasting. I read that in Chinese medicine those who are yang deficient shouldn't juice fast because juice fasting is yin. But i'm sure adding a few juices a day won't hurt.
