Liver Flush are NOT easy. The prep and the day after are troublesome/awful, yet I would go back there -simply because I was bedridden by then. Liver Flush has been the solution. I forgot how many I have done 30? 40?
They are harsh- the alternative is the bitter herbs - much slower, less harsh in the process and less effective.
