Does it still itch? If you are yellow its a sign billrubin leaking out in the blood and beeing spread out in the skin, this will also cause itching. Your urine should also be more dark. But if you dont have any pain its not gallstone related. It might be some block up in the liver. The red streaks looks like a inflammation in the lymph vessels.

I guess you should give it some days rest.
