Do you have enough protein?

Heartburn? Low stomach acid?

I think that protein deficiency may cause insomnia after workout.

Did you take some protein supplements ever and what about now?

If you lost your definition - wasted muscles or just gain fat?

Muscle breakdown is a sign of protein deficiency. Usually you should keep most of your muscles even without any workout for years.
