Re: Eating too much Yogurt

Trust your body, it is asking for fat because it needs energy. Nuts are also full of selenium - zinc and magnesium you might be craving - they are essential to eliminate toxins without damage to your healthy cells - yogurt is full of calcium and friendly bacteria - they are important. Trust your body to be making the right request - love your body for doing so.

Now that you do not eat Sugar - your metabolism needs fat to metabolise calories. If you crave sugar, do beware - otherwise - as long as it is on the OKAY food list - just trust your body to request what it needs.

If you still think you might be eating too much - perhaps the right question is are you exercising enough? Cardio is important to help your body performance. It might be simple abdos - or more.
