albendazole and liver

I finally got a doctor said I should go ahead and take albendazole. He said take one 400 mg tablet only and in 2 weeks take another. If I don't feel better in 4 weeks he will order me an mri. He said he didn't think parasites could have caused all my issues(they started in my head and now are in my whole body) so I disagree but this was the first one I saw that said I shoud,try it. Though he immediately started asking me about mental health history in my family(shocker)
Anyways he said taking any more than 1 pill now and 1 pill in 2 weeks is just unnecessarily damaging my liver
Does anyone have any feedback on this?
