Re: "the kids"- I have to laugh, you said instead of a tempting pizza you brought home a happy meal-- I've been doing the SAME THING!
My poor kids have had yucky dinners since I started (3 days).
I know if I get in the kitchen I'm going to be tempted so it's been frozen crock pot stuff, burger king, canned soup and sandwiches. I don't know how I'm going to "de-tox" them when I'm though ;)
Just think though, we'll be healthier and happier when we get done and fix their diets then too.
