for temporary relief

for temporary relief, rinsing with listerine (the old gold kind). after, something with camphor or other essential oils really kills the itch. tiger balm red, though must be diluted a bit on sensitive areas. it works, although only temporarily. in reality, this an internal issue as a healthy body can repel mites.

I only post this to help with short term symptoms as I know from past experience what the itching can do to you.

one other thing, high dose bromelain supplemnts can help break down dead mites under the skin, that helps with the immune reaction/itch as well.
