I've been reading a article about magnesium stearate and how it can possibly create biofilm in the intestines. Magnesium stearate is in most dietary supplements. Ive been taking dietary supplements for about 3 years. Possibly taking several a day, and never taking a break from them. I wonder if this is my problem with my gut. My wife told me a long time ago to just stop taking everything, but yet I keep trying new things. Thoughts?
