fluoride can of course be used for toxicity symptoms of Iodine (blood test?), but I doubt it will help your symptoms. furthermore; one drop of Iodine in september cannot possibly cause a toxicity half a year later.

Iodine may cause problems with hashimotos as selenium is needed for the thyroid enzymes. So both needs to be taken with that condition.
