Re: concur

If you guys read the comments I've posted, you would have caught that I made a mistake in interpreting the hair test data. It seems like what I have is an Iodine metabolism dysfuction, not toxicity. Iodine and selenium are not being metabolized in the body and keeps excreting out via hair. This would explain why my FT3 and FT4 levels have been going down while TSH has been increasing gradually. Any suggestions for this condition?

Although hair test is not very accurate, I did Iodine skin test to see if my body really needs iodine or not. The iodine spot remained on my skin for longer than 24 hour. Also, when I take iodine supplements, I feel extremely tired and jittery, maybe because I already have enough iodine. Is there anyway I can help my body to utilize iodine in the body? I would appreciate your insight.
