Strongyloides tragically difficult

I was told by my doctor that a hyperinfection of strongyloides is similar to a diagnosis of cancer. Today I read that someone else was told the same thing.

The problem with strongyloides is that esophils blood tests show as normal. It is often only early in the infection that they are elevated.

Given that strongyloides is a death sentence why aren't the doctors helping us? I know I have it but I cannot get a test to work. I was told that a doctor who treats parasites said only 1% of the cases are picked up in testing.

If other parasites just make people sick but strongyloides kills 90% after hyperinfection, why do they treat strongyloides as though it is just another parasite infection.

If doctors believe strongyloides hyperinfection is equivalent to a cancer diagnosis why do they pretend as though we don't have it.
The note to my doctor from a parasite specialist said I had a parasitosis, and gave me a prescription for anti psychotic drugs. The note ended, "These cases are tragically difficult to heal."
I feel so wounded by a medical establishment that says hyperinfection is a death sentence and then makes fun of me.
