Re: not contradictory

Thanks for the response. Maybe I do have symporter defect, and I was wondering how to take megadose of vitamin C without getting teeth sensitivity. Esther C 3g/day definitely gives me teeth sensitivity. Would liposomal vit C be better?

Being wired but tired is definitely what I felt like when I took iodine. My body would ache and I would have muscle twitching quite frequently, yet I would feel extremely tired. That's what happened when I took Iodine back last year. I may indeed need Iodine and I am not against taking it. For the time being, I am just trying to figure out why Iodine and selenium are all going to hair, instead of being used for thyroid function.

Another piece of information that may be helpful in diagnosing my symptom would be heavy metal toxicity. Mercury, aluminum, and barium levels were very high from hair test, at lest 2-3 times the maximum reference value. Since HM's can interfere with thyroid function, chelating HM's might help.
