so try out this
* use anti bacteria soap with good smell (for skin health)
* the liver clease every 2 weeks (for a clean and healthy liver, it help a lot in your odor)
* eat yogurt (to help you poo and it help to colon cleanse)
* do exercise (for sweat, and take off the toxics through your skin)
* eat vegetables and fruits (for cleaning the inner you)
* drink probiotics (to make your good bacteria strong to help in digestion of foods you ate)
* drink vitamins (for a better health)
* dont drink Alkaline Water (coz sometimes its not good to others like me)
* poo everyday (sometimes you have to stay longer sitting in the toilet to make you poo)
