I think that I have to agree that I might be experiencing n intolerance. Seeing as the stomach issues coincide to some degree. I think that I wil begin with eliminating dairy as it runs in my family. A cousin of mine became intolerant after having her son, so maybe I'm having a similar issue. My other thought was maybe it's garlic or the sweet and low I use in my coffee.
I think that maybe the pressure is being cause by internal hemorrhoids, which again can be another postpartum side effect. I do want to get my sphincter muscles checked out when I go to investigate the hemorrhoid theory.
I am definitely going to look into some good probiotics, more regular exercise, and eating better. I'll keep you posted!
