If you are not tolerating raw foods maybe try digestive enzymes, or drinking kombucha before each meal, OR try making your meals 50/50 raw and cooked.
If you system is sluggish at the moment then it may be a good idea to not consume meat until things are running efficiently again. Meat is likely to putrefy if not being digested properly which will cause a whole bunch of symptoms you described. Meat also requires more effort by the body to digest.
