Please tell me how to do a coffee enema because I am very tired to look and read from the computer seat. When I am really weak and taxed like that I cannot use the computer more that 15 minutes because it makes me hyper and anxiety kicks in along with stomach tightening. Sounds crazy but it is true.
Please explain exactly how to perform it and how many times a day or how often.
I have VSL probiotics so I can replenish lost bacteria.
PS: I don't have a Sea Salt only regular.
