Chia seed could also support gi tract. if you have an intolerance to food, quit it and wait it out, and eventually try it and reintroduce it over time. it may be the qulaity of the food that you are allergic to, like a lower grade cheaper product, or a non-organic pesticide ridden food that causing a reaction. most people with immune deficiency struggle with more food sensitivities , and need to be more cautious about chemicals and synthetics. Also you may be surprised but a lot of the allergies present could be an indication of possible parasites or other infection, most bacteria/fungal infections, from what i learned are very much aligned and help the manifestation of parasites.
