Re: What in the heck is normal in regards to bowel movements on the MC? Vets? Wisdom/Advice Please..

I used P&B for a while at the start and continued producing, but I came to believe all I was passing was the P&B in roped form, not the "mucoid plaque" people claim. When I stopped taking P&B, the ropes stopped. They were a very consistant shape, color and texture, nothing else appeared to be traveling with them, and they didn't smell as people say the plaque will.

As another person in this thread stated, seawater memories keep me from the SW flush, I just can't do it, tried, it's too unnatural. So for me, I've stopped P&B, just don't trust it to be healthy and helpful, and it sucks up way too much fluid that I need. Instead of these things I've substituted an oxygen colon cleanser similar to Oxypowder . I'm producing one to two small, very liquidy bowel movements per day. I don't know what it is or where it's coming from, it varies in darkness from fairly light to fairly dark. I've added powdered vitimin C, which gets things going like the SW would, and last night I added a parasite cleanse product.

Good luck,

Shelby
