Disseminated Strongyloides possible with 3 negative blood tests?

Ok.wondering this also..I've had 3 negative blood tests for strongyloides..but all 3 were done after I think I got to the disseminated stage of the parasite. So my question is..could these blood tests not be detecting the infection because I am already at the disseminated level? To my knowledge 2 different labs have tested my blood..ARUP, and I don't know the other one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tweet
