If anyone is having problems with adrenaline, histamine, and low blood Sugar issues, this helped me get better: Eat organic lemon peels... I would cut the lemon into quarters and eat a little at a time until I ate about 3/4 of the lemon peel/rind. I didn't eat it all at once but throughout the day. You can out the juice in water or throw it out. The peel and rind is where the benefit is. This has been a major factor for me getting better. Good luck!
