Remove: all grains of any kind, all floured foods. All processed and packaged foods. Follow the Intestinal Permeability diet as per Datis Kharrazians ' Why Isn't My Brain Working ' book. Especiially no Sugar or sweetener of any kind.
Eat: Organic real foods, 80-85% raw or lightly steamed veg, bright colours, especially raw salads rocket, aragula, endive. Eat mainly wild fish protein, a bit of grass fed meat, lamb etc.
Antimicrobial; grate a thumb sized piece of ginger and squeeze a 1/4 lemon then grate half the rind into a tea, every 2 hours for 2 months minimum, but keep going. the tea can be green tea, pau d'arco, anything but not compounds that stimulate immune system.
As symptoms start improving, move to microbiome support, taking prebiotic foods (jerusalem artichoke, plaintain, celeriac, roughage), and a wide range of probiotics.
Get out in nature, 20 min walk a day, garden, or dig your hands in soil.
