I've been oil pulling for 3 days yesterday they didn't hurt at all. But today I'm having the worst unbearable pain ever I swear I'd ratherb have a another kid. Ive got 3 btw. It's horrible I don't know what to do I've tried everything within my budgets it has be bawling as u type. My teeth are a lot whiter and the Nicotine stains are almost got my gums don't bleed when brushing. But idk what to do I dont have insurance I'm going crazy. It's terrible😭😭😭
