You made the first step! You should be proud of yourself for the first try. There are people who NEVER even think of doing something to further their health. Trust me the first few days are the hardest then the hunger goes away and it becomes purely mental. My little trick at the beginning was to write down everything I craved, and tell myself that when I am done with the cleanse I can have it. Now that I am on day 24 I look back on the list and half of those things don't even seem appealing. But be proud of yourself that you took the first step and that sometime is the hardest to do. Having the positive mindset you have of picking yourself up and trying again is a good indicator for success! You can do it:)
