I am on day 6. I have done other cleanses. I hope to make it to day 14. Sometimes I cut it shorter, but this time is the easiest time. I do not have to go out to work or cook for anyone.
I am always amazed that so much waste stays in us for a long time. When people say that we are "full of it", that is true!!
