It depends on how long you've been infected and how heavy the infestation is.

If you are recently infected then a couple dose of dewormer should clear it up. On the other hand Hyper-infection may take years. Even after getting cured you have to take once a month treatments to keep from going hyper again from dormant eggs. Dr Hulda Clark has more information in her book.
