Re: Latest flush

I didn't know that the liver was divided into 2, I'm just looking at diagrams now. Do you know if that's how it works, that it empties one side first? Or just a theory? Hopefully my liver is starting to empty the right side now.

I'll try doing 1 more flush and if I get no stones, I will take a break for a while. I'm going to eat more raw food from now on and drink lots of beet juice. Apparently that's good for the liver. I dunno though, I've taken lots of things that are good for the liver but to no avail ha! I've also started working out a lot, maybe it will help.
