I think you should contact a inpatient facility that can treat you. Whether they are alternative or not, there's got to be a rehabilitation center that can get you back to at least a place where you are not such a serious condition! I have often thought of this for myself included. They can't turn you away if you explain to them how serious this is, even if you have to fake it, and be absurdly explicit, with some of the details. See it from another perspective. We all have an infection, if you can find a place that treats general infections, like cancer, they can get you going on some nutrition, IVS, and get your immune at least to the point where you are not wasting away. It does feel desperate when people don't get parasites.
