I have often read the amount of coffee should be 2 tablspoons. I find this is the amount that is most often recommended for one to work up to, I am trying to find out if more is beneficial or not, and why. I see on Dr. Wilsons page about coffee enemas (http://www.drlwilson.com/articles/COFFEE%20ENEMA.HTM) under "Chapter 5 A Coffee Enema procedure", he says: 5. Some people can do up to four enemas daily, each with up to two tablespoons of coffee in each one.Others cannot handle this much coffee. So be careful. If in doubt, use only up to 4 tablespoons of coffee daily, even if you do four enemas per day. I am trying to find any information that talks to the reasoning behind the suggested amount. Going off the above quote and many others like it, it seems that this amount is based on one's ability to "handle" it. So if any one has information regarding the reasoning for the recommended amount of coffee to be used, please let me know. Thanks.
