Strongyloides antibody tests are not accurate, possibly 40% or less, esp once disseminated. Even the ELISA test which is 90% accurate, becomes negative after one year.

After reading your posts it sounds like you passed lots of worms, which would mean that your Ascaris were in your gut and not in your legs.
