You are not suppose to remove everything from your diet for the rest of your life.
You are suppose to eliminate things from your diet just for a limited time, to figure out if it is your trigger. When all triggers are eliminated for 1-10 days, eczema disappears.
Eczema is allergic reaction or intolerance reaction.
You remove all triggers you have problems with, and it is gone.
Research the Elimination-Rotation Diet and you will understand what I am talking about.
You should identify the triggers. It is a process, and it takes some time, but just a few weeks or months for some people.
All triggers should be re-tested later, after several months or weeks, as just eliminating a trigger for several months may be enough to develop tolerance to that trigger.
