my battle update with questions

I have been struggling with parasites for over a year now. i am 100% positive its pinworms and it cross contaminated from my butt to my head. I am scared of how much albendazole to take without damaging my liver.I have 400 mg tablets.I initially took one every 2 weeks as the doctor recomended...that dont work..ive take 2 in the past week...thinking of switching to daily...any recomendations...the discomfort in my head is awful idk how anyone can have this and keep a job...for me...it always moves around but the feeling is always the same..like something inside my head is squeezing my brain..ocassionally feel offbalance and slightly blurry vision ocassionally due to pressure behind the eyes...this sound about like what you guysdeal with?
